Tomstock is a music festival that began in 2014 as a dream of friends Tom & Carman Duvall and Steve & Kiers Rowley.A fundraiser for The H8 Cancer Foundation, the event is a tribute to Kiers and all who have battled cancer. Tomstock has raised more than $3,385,000 since 2014.Thanks to your generous support, meaningful donations have been made over the years to many great cancer-related causes.Tomstock is a private, invitation-only event.

    • What is Tomstock?
      A fundraiser for the H8 Cancer Foundation. Tomstock is a private, invitation-only music festival that began in 2014 as a dream of friends Tom & Carman Duvall and Steve & Kiers Rowley.     • How do I buy tickets?
      Admission is free to invited guests, but we hope you consider donating an amount similar to an all-day music festival. Space is limited, so the invitation list prioritizes those who have generously supported us in the past. Volunteers will accept donations on-site August 22nd. Click here to donate.

    • How do I become a sponsor?

    • How do I get a tent at Tomstock?
      A tent for 2026 is offered at $10,000. Each year tent sponsorships are offered to the prior year's sponsor first. To be added to the waitlist, email [email protected].

    • Can I bring a guest to Tomstock?
      Each person invited may bring a guest. If you are married, your spouse is your guest — we will not send two invitations to the same household. Please do not forward your ticket to someone else; doing so may result in loss of your ability to enter Tomstock.

    • How do I purchase Tomstock gear?
      Tomstock merchandise is available to order online beginning July ___. We have very limited merchandise available the day of the event and it sells out fast!

    • Who benefits from the money raised at Tomstock?
      H8 Cancer is the non-profit organization that receives all donations. Each year H8 Cancer contributes to local and national organizations that help people living with cancer. For more information visit www.tomstock.rocks.

    • What are the dates and times for Tomstock 2026?
      Friday, August 21st is the VIP party for tent sponsors and anyone who donates $500 (one ticket per $500 donation). Saturday, August 22nd is Tomstock — gates open at 11am for tent/cooler drop-off, shuttles begin at 2pm, and the event concludes with fireworks at approximately 12:30am.

    • How do I attend the Friday night VIP party?
      Tent sponsors are invited, plus anyone who donates $500 (one ticket per $500 donated). Band to be determined.

    • Are there hotel rooms available?
      We do not have a block of rooms, but folks have found the Drury Inn to be very convenient.

    • Where do I park for Tomstock?
      THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE! Shuttles run from the Drury Inn for hotel guests, and from Paul Kinder Middle School / Sunny Pointe Elementary (3930 NW RD Mize Road, Blue Springs, MO 64015) and Eastgate Commerce Center (2500 Little Blue Parkway, Independence, MO 64057). Shuttles begin at 2pm on the 22nd and run throughout the day. Use these lots as your UBER destination.

    • Is there an age limit?
      You must be 25 years old to attend Tomstock.

    • Do you have restrooms on site?
      Yes we do!

    • What happens if it rains?
      In the event of inclement weather, be on the lookout for a text message from our team.

    • Can I buy ice at Tomstock?
      Yes, we have bags of ice for sale at Tomstock.

    • How do I find out more?

    • What can't I bring into the venue?
      Weapons of any kind, illegal substances, or grills.

    • What can I bring into the festival?
      Snacks, drinks, a pop-up 10x10 shade structure/tent, sunblock, chairs, and bug spray.

    • Do you have security at Tomstock?
      Yes — members of the Independence Police Department are on-site throughout the event. We also have a staffed ambulance provided by the Inter-City Fire Department.

    • Can I take an UBER or have someone drop me off?
      Yes — please have your ride take you to one of the parking lots and shuttle from there.

    • Do you sell alcohol?
      This event is BYOB.

    • Is food available at Tomstock?
      Yes — Operation BBQ Relief and Streets of Laredo tacos will sell food throughout the day (service ends at 7pm or when they run out). New this year: Many Parts One Body will sell burgers and hot dogs, and Cowtown Donuts will sell mini donuts — great to grab on the shuttle bus. Each vendor donates a portion or all of their profits to H8 Cancer.

    • How do I receive my ticket?
      As you exit the shuttle, have your ticket available to scan and you'll receive a wristband.

    • Do I have to wear the wristband?
      Yes — please leave the wristband on throughout the event.
